About Kelly

Kelly Smith is the Smart College Selection Client Services Specialist.

After eleven years in the classroom as an elementary education teacher and five years managing a household, Kelly joined the Smart College Selection team as the client services specialist.  It has been a perfect opportunity to combine her love of students and education with her organizational and administrative skills.  

At Smart College Selection, Kelly supports the consultants in tracking clients, managing invoices, and sending contracts, and she manage all the logistical details related to the Smart College Application Workshops each summer. The team depends on her to keep the administrative side of things moving along smoothly so they can stay laser focused on working with students and parents. She loves being able to do this and to cheer for our Smart students and their parents along the way.

Kelly received her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Ball State University and her M.S.Ed from Indiana University in Educational Administration.  She is passionate about spending time in the sunshine, reading good books, taking walks with friends, and of course, her family. Kelly has a husband, two children, and two dogs to keep her busy.
